🥊 Instructions for Students & PT Teachers – Kickboxing DSO Match (Mumbai Zone)

📍 Day 1 – Wednesday, 29th October 2025

Boys Reporting & Weigh-In (All Age Groups): 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM

Match Schedule:

• Under 19: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Under 17: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

• Lunch Break: 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM

• Under 14: 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM

📍 Day 2 – Thursday, 30th October 2025

Girls Reporting & Weigh-In (All Age Groups): 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM

Match Schedule:

• Under 19: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Under 17: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

• Lunch Break: 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM

• Under 14: 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM

🚫 Important Instructions

1️⃣ No Parents / Personal Coaches

• Only PT teachers are permitted to represent students.

• Coaches or school teachers must not question the official panel.

• All communication must be made only through the official in-charge.

2️⃣ Uniform & Dress Code

• Full Kickboxing uniform is mandatory — casual wear not permitted.

• Round-neck T-shirt only.

• Open / loose bottom pants (no pockets) with a 6-inch belt on the hip.

3️⃣ Mandatory Equipment (Individual Responsibility)

Each participant must carry the following:

• Headgear (Red/Blue – as per corner allocation)

• Mouthguard

• Hand wraps

• 10 oz PU gloves (leather gloves not allowed)

• Breast & Groin Protector – Compulsory for Girls (U17 & U19)

• Groin Protector – Compulsory for Boys (All Age Groups)

• Shin guards

• Kickboxing Tatami Shoes (must cover the ankle)

⚠️ Participants without full equipment will not be allowed to compete.
No exceptions — please arrange all items in advance.

4️⃣ Rules & Regulations

• All bouts will follow WAKO Tatami – Light Contact rules.

• Any violation may lead to immediate disqualification.

5️⃣ Punctuality

• All timings will be followed strictly as per the schedule.

• No delays or late reporting will be entertained.
